Eligibility criteria for HCL Recruitment 2022
Essential Qualification
- Passed 10th /Matric exam under 10+2 system of education
Selection Process
- The candidates will be chosen on merit based on their ITI and 10th grade grades.A weight of 30% will be given to marks in the relevant trade at ITI, and a weight of 70% will be given to marks at the 10th board.In the event that where no ITI is required [Like in the exchanges of Mate (Mines) and Blaster (Mines)], 100 percent weightage will be given to marks scored in tenth Board.When determining merit, dependents of HCL/KCC employees will receive an additional 10 bonus points.The candidate with the higher age will be taken into consideration if two or more candidates score the same on the merit list.
