Eligibility criteria for GMDC Recruitment 2022
Essential Qualification
Chief Security Officer
- Retired Army/CISF officer with the last position preferably being Lt. Col. Or Colonel with at least 3 years experience in Industrial Security will be essential.
Advisor For Sea & Port logistic
- Candidate should have a desirable marine degree with minimum 25+ years of senior management position experience to deal with various ports & ships of mega size.
General Manager and Deputy General Managers (Power Project)
- Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Power Engineering/ or related Field

Selection Process
Chief Security Officer
- A Selection Committee will scrutinize the applications and short list the candidates based on merits. The short-listed candidates will be called for Interview (TA will be given as applicable to GMDC’s employees) or be interviewed through Video Conferencing as decided by GMDC Ltd.
- The decision of the competent authority on selection of candidates will be final and no correspondence on this subject will be entertained.
- GMDC may cancel advertisement and decide not to proceed in the matter for engagement of advisor at any stage to accept or reject any or all applications without giving any explanation, whatsoever.

- A selection committee will scrutinize the applications and shortlist the candidates based on merits. The shortlisted candidates will be called for interview (TA will be given as applicable to GMDC’s employees) or be interviewed through video conferencing as desired by GMDC. The selection of the competent authority on selection of candidates will be Final and no correspondence on this subject will beentertained. GMDC may cancel the advertisement at sole discretion without giving any explanation whatsoever.
