bellow. bhastrika pranayam is a breathing exercise. a persons having
heart and lung problem should do it slowly .through proper inhaling and
exhaling, our body gets the maximum amount of oxygen. below are the
steps by step procedure to perform bhastrika pranayam.
STEPS OF BHASTRIKA PRANAYAM

take your seat comfortably in ground floor in open air ,you can also
sit in chair as this pranayam belongs to the breathing exercise.

- or you can sit in sukhasan or padmashan

- close your eyes.

- Take a deep breath through nostrils and fill the lungs with fresh air,open space environment is more preferable in this ashan

- Now exhale all the air presence in your lungs
- repeat this steps for 5-10 min
